"I'm a mechanical engineer and I trust JAMES Auto Center to fix all my vehicles -- including an old '96 Chrysler that my daughter drives away at college. I've had 8-yrs experience with JAMES and he's always fixed the problem correctly the first time. The thing that sets this shop apart from others is in accurately diagnosing the problem. I've spent hundreds of dollars at other shops only to find out that they fixed the symptom rather than the problem. This usually resulted in unnecessary repairs and additional repair expenses. While not cheap, JAMES' rates are fair (better than the dealerships based on estimates I've seen). Bottom line --- repairs at JAMES Auto are worth every dime!"
